3/**/15 ? Charged twice for Order #[redacted] After much effort on my part & Scoop indicating I was mistaken, error is finally recognized and I’m refunded $2,038.40 on 4/*/15. Resolved. Thank you.

4/**/15 ? Scoop never refunded Return #[redacted] for Order #[redacted]. Claims to have processed return of $1,920 (wrong amount) on 4/**/15. Amount of refund should be $960. Unresolved. Please help.

Review: I placed an order with Scoop online on 1/**. I also qualified for 2 day shipping. 1 week later my items still didn't ship. I tried contacting them via email and phone. No one ever replies to emails or answers phone calls. Finally after trying for 7 days someone finally answered the phone on the [redacted] and told me that both items in my order would ship that same day. I received shipping confirmation for both items but only received one item. I ordered a pair of jeans and a pair of shoes and he shipping labels for each item was swapped so although the tracking for my shoes says delivered I actually reviewed the jeans which was only in that package. The other tracking number hasn't updated since the [redacted] and I contacted the carrier [redacted] and they never received the package. Since then I have been trying to get in contact with customer service and still no one answers. At this point I am extremely annoyed and I don't even want the item anymore I just want a full refund.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a full refund for the amount of the item I purchased that was never shipped.
