I placed an online order one weeks ago but I didn't realize all items (even new arrivals) were marked as final sale at that timeWhen I found that information in my confirmation email, I immediately emailed their customer service to cancel the order (I didn't make phone call because it is on weekend)However, I have been told that the order has already been shipped out and cannot be canceledI asked if I can refuse the package delivery and get refund, but no one respond me since thenI refused the delivery when the item was sent to my home first time, but received the package again today My order number is ***

I placed an order with Scoop online on 1/**I also qualified for day shippingweek later my items still didn't shipI tried contacting them via email and phoneNo one ever replies to emails or answers phone callsFinally after trying for days someone finally answered the phone on the *** and told me that both items in my order would ship that same dayI received shipping confirmation for both items but only received one itemI ordered a pair of jeans and a pair of shoes and he shipping labels for each item was swapped so although the tracking for my shoes says delivered I actually reviewed the jeans which was only in that packageThe other tracking number hasn't updated since the *** and I contacted the carrier *** and they never received the packageSince then I have been trying to get in contact with customer service and still no one answersAt this point I am extremely annoyed and I don't even want the item anymore I just want a full refund
