Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2015/09/11) */ Im responding to a complaint from Mr [redacted] concerning his Hummer that was repaired at my shop back on 09/10/This repair was done from the adjuster from [redacted] guideline and estimateThis Hummer is out of production and most parts have been discontinued from the dealerWe located parts from all over the United States and Canada to fix his HummerThen he picked it up , inspected it and paid his deductible, and I never heard from him again until I got a call from the [redacted] Adjuster saying that he was unhappy with his car months later [redacted] sent the adjuster out and he inspected the car and reviewed invoice on work done and found all was done according to the estimateMr [redacted] gave us a list with five minor things on it, we at our expense replaced the grill and painted it, in addition fixing the other issues to make him happyNow despite our SHODDY work he decided to have us do more work????? The part he has ask us to order has been discontinued by GM, but my GM Parts Depot is trying to locate one, the price is $When they find one, I will send to Mr [redacted] Thanks [redacted]
