Rented business unit of ***, *** FL. Satisfied lease terms per negotiated buy out. Business inspected unit and promised security deposit be sent back. Thad has been very aggressive in his tone, furthermore very resistant to sent the check. Business has 48 hours to send security deposit back via trackable method or I will have my bank stop payment post clearing. Bank is on board giving Thad a final warning before action is taken. If action is taken I will not be replacing the check in any was as Thad would have may the contract void by not sending security deposit back.
Refund Security deposit refunded. All documentation referenced above can be provided upon request.
This is a commercial lease. Tenant signed a minimum 24-month term then walked out after just six months. Would not rent to this tenant again.

The business failed to address the security deposit refund, furthermore the business noted that I, the tenant, "walked from a lease." This was another incorrect slandering attempted made on my, the tenant. My business was purchased from me and myself and the new business owner worked with the landlord for weeks to negotiate a buy out of the lease, which was accepted by the landlord. The landlord still owes 433.50 of the $1000 security deposit back to us the tenant as they issued a partial refund which does not equal the amount we placed and negotiated as the buy out. If the landlord does not provide the additional $433.50 we will seek full reimbursement of the buy out paid to the landlord of $10,000.00 via claims court as the landlord has vetoed the lease buyout neotigated. The landlord has until 3/15/2020 or we will proceed in claims court.
