Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The reason I reported this matter is not because of the cost of the many repairs as stated by Audi The reason is the multitude of the repairs that are consistently needed with the vehicle I have been left stranded on the side of the road times in two years and left without a car many more times The amount of unsafe positions that I have been left in is NOT acceptable, the amount of work and effort it takes to get this car fixed is NOT acceptable, the amount of time that I have missed from work is NOT acceptable I spend way too much money on a car that does not live up to the Audi standard To date I have paid over $Thousand Dollars for this car over the last years and the car has tons of equity in it I just simply want out of the lease to purchase a safe car that doesn't break down so often This deal is good for both of us...Audi made money and still can make more with this car and I get to purchase another carEnd of story Thoughts? from his vehicle, it is not the dealership's position to replace or terminate a lease that Audi has determined Not to be defective. The reason I reported this matter is not because of the cost of the many repairs as stated by Audi.  The reason is the multitude of the repairs that are consistently needed with the vehicle.  I have been left stranded on the side of the road 3 times in two years and left without a car many more times.  The amount of unsafe positions that I have been left in is NOT acceptable, the amount of work and effort it takes to get this car fixed is NOT acceptable, the amount of time that I have missed from work is NOT acceptable.  I spend way too much money on a car that does not live up to the Audi standard.  To date I have paid over $20 Thousand Dollars for this car over the last 2 years and the car has tons of equity in it.  I just simply want out of the lease to purchase a safe car that doesn't break down so often.  This deal is good for both of us...Audi made money and still can make more with this car and I get to purchase another car. End of story.  Thoughts?
