Oil went up dramatically today, [redacted] took over our phone app provider and shut down updating, we are however now back in action since I called the provider and told them to shut down the app or update the price.  The actual price was posted on our website, since this is a matter of a half hour...

or so difference in the price change I will give the customer the benefit of the doubt and the refund.

Review: Sclafani is my oil company. I called for an oil delivery Thursday February ** and the advertised price was online was $2.549 per gallon. They said the first delivery date they had was for Monday in which they came. When I looked at the bill I was charged $299 per gallon. When I called to complain the [redacted] got on the phone with me and said they were having issues with their online provider. Apparently the provider was "not letting them change their online price". As it's not even remotely believable I just wanted to know if they can advertise one price and then charge another. And by the way they are still advertising the 2.549 right now(12:05pm February **)Thank you for your time. [redacted]Desired Settlement: A refund of $.45 per gallon x 201 gallons. $90.45.
