Bullying and calls at all hours of the night. Harassment and influx of negative derogatory voicemails to all types of communication outlets

Harassment. They disclose information that is personal and should not be discussed with any one else other than account holders. They use scare and harassment tactics. Completely unprofessional.

Calling and harassing someone not associated with a closed account. Complete bottom feeding ambulance chasers! Sm sucking leeches! Who calls someone not related to a closed account while in the middle of the pandemic. The person has no link to the company, nor has contact has ever been made authorizing any calls. I guess they can’t collect on ANY accounts so they are getting desperate to get money in to keep the lights on.
Absolute lowlifes! Number added to the Do Not Call List. There will be a suit for every illegal call they make from this point forward! Harassing the WRONG people!
If there was a REAL issue they would reach out to the account holder. They have not! Why call someone who has absolutely nothing to do with a CLOSED account? Fraud? Scam? No money for the business to stay open? Hope they get shut down for illegal calls and any other shady activities.
