I am responding to the complaint filed by [redacted] She came into my store back in the Fall looking to purchase a keyboardI showed her my best seller, that I sell for $She was interested in it, but I didn’t have any in stockI let her take my demo one with the stand until a new one came inI didn’t take down her name or number, but knew she’d be back to check in on the new ones coming in She came in in July to check to see if any had arrived and I told her yes, but since I didn’t have her contact information they have been sold She said she had decided that she didn’t want one and wanted her money backI explained that I could give her a store credit on something elseI told her I knew she had also been interested in a guitar and I could give her a good deal on oneShe was there with her boyfriend that was very rude to me and I asked her to call me on Tuesday or Wednesday of the next week and let me knowShe seemed very responsive to that, but I never heard anything from her and then I received the Revdex.com complaint in the mailI am sorry that she doesn’t want the keyboard anymore, it is my best seller and they sell out very fastShe has a $credit, that she can use on an instrument or supplies.Thank you,***
