We recently received a complaint from Ms. [redacted] a former
contract employee of Scion Dental.  In
her complaint she lists that various items that she held within her desk
(including but not limited to markers, coloring...

books, protein bars, and Chef
Boyardee canned pasta), was not returned to her after her departure from our
organization.
 
While I cannot research any phone records to indicate how often Ms. [redacted] may have attempted to contact us, the items that were located on her
desktop were cleaned off.  Upon receipt
of this complaint, we requested the manager to do an additional review of her
desk and we were able to locate the items in question.  Listed below are the items we located on
Tuesday, November 25th.  These
items have been boxed up and are being returned to Extension, the service that
placed Ms. [redacted] in our organization.
 
Ms. [redacted] will be alerted that she will be able to pick these items
up from her employer (Extension) the week of December 1st most
likely if not sooner.  I have also
attached a picture to this to show you the items located and being boxed
up. 
 
We apologize for any miscommunication and are happy to provide a
resolution.
