Joined in late 2015. I'm billed monthly on an auto payment to my Visa. I've never used the membership even once and decided to stop throwing $25 away monthly. So in November 2016, after reading the Contract I sent MCF an email stating intent to cancel. No reply. Sent another..still no reply. Stopped by in person on 11/17, 11/21, 11/23, 11/29 and 12/5 all between the posted "business hours" the MCF representative at the front desk said a "manager" would be in. On each visit I was told a "manager" was not in the building and only a "manager" could process my cancellation request. I followed up the 12/5 in-person visit with another email requesting contact to process my cancellation. There was no reply. I'm still paying. I'm asking the Revdex.com in this Public Forum to find a "manager" for me at Mid Cape Fitness that will respond to my request(s) to process a membership cancellation.
