Coins purchased were never credited to me
On March 10,2018. I purchased coins to play the game quickhit slots. My coins were never credited to me. I contacted the support desk and forwarded my *** play receipt 5 times and my coins still were not credited. This is the second time that I have experienced an encounter such as this from the same company. They make no attempt to reimburse the monies or settle the dispute. They request us to contact ***.I was issued a complaint #***.The first time that I was cheated I let it go but now I feel that this is the usual tactics of this company. I would like to be reimbursed in full
