Review: I ordered some chemicals from Science For You online on 11/25/13. I had ordered from them several times before. However, this time I did not receive my products. I went on thier website and logged a customer service ticket on 12/16/13 and 12/26/13. I got no response so I tried to call their number and when I tried to enter the proper extension the first couple of times it just hung up on me. I point out that their website has been "temporarily down for repairs" for a while now. I was able to leave a message on 2/17/14. My credit card was charged $77.95 on 11/25/13. My order number is #[redacted]. I would either like my product or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would either like the material delivered or a refund.
Review: after ordering from the website in June of 2013 they never shipped all of my order and said they would refund me in October of 2013 but have not issued a refund. Now after repeated calls there is no answer and the website seems to be shut down.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the full order for the inconvenience they have caused me .
Review: My initial order arrived and was missing 3 items. There was a "backorder slip" (#[redacted]) included to account for the missing items. After months of waiting they never came and I called the support number 3 times over the course of 1 month and spoke with 3 different employees about processing a refund since I no longer needed the items. They would tell me that they can refund the money but have to send an e-mail to some other location because they were just a warehouse (even though that is the support # on the website). Also there is an e-mail support system on the website (https://scienceforyou.net/support/) that allows customers to communicate and nobody replied to my email for a month and finally after sending the same email twice, a lady named [redacted] said my refund was being processed. That was 7/23/13 and I still haven't received my refund. The initial purchase was on 4/25/13.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the three items I paid for months ago. Also I would like $50.00 in store credit for all of my time and effort I have wasted to simply get what is rightfully mine.
