I am rejecting this response because: I feel like Dave S*** is trying to cover himself with lies and misleading the truth to benefit his poor customer serviceYes it did take me a couple days to respond but when I received the initial call back saying I will need to replace my transmission I asked him if I could have a couple days to way out my finances and he told me to take my timeThere was no mention of me getting pushed back in lineWhen I called to schedule my appointment I mentioned the transmission being the issueI was also very clear about my interlock device when I made my appointment and when I dropped it off even calling life safer the company who services it telling them I was having work doneDave used this as an excuse to delay my workOn two occasions he told me he couldn't get in contact with life safer and that is why my car wouldn't be readyJune and the 30th before the holidayOn the he told me that they were not responding and we would have to wait until MondayI told him to have a good weekend because I know they are slow sometimesHowever when I called life safer the following week they told me they walked him through the process to unlock my vehicle on that dateLast Friday the 30th I was told that because of having to wait for s code to unlock my vehicle they kissed the 11:am appointment and that is why it wasn't ready to be picked up on FridayOnce again I called life safer and they confirmed with me that on the 30th the vehicle was unlocked at 10:This directly contradicts MrS*** story and this is why I'm contesting his response

In response to Mr ***.Yes, the car was at our shop since mid May. One of the delays is the breathalyzer that required daily updating to operate car for testing. Another delay was waiting for the customer to give a decision on the repairs to be completed. This took days to get
an answer. Also with this comes rescheduling do to the fact that we cannot wait for an answer and not have my Technicians working. Then ordering a replacement (used) transmission from Portland and waiting delivery. After receiving the used transmission and scheduling the car back into the shop we began the repairs. After our in shop repairs were completed, we that to have the transmission computer programmed by the VW dealer. This again required scheduling into their shop adding another week. The dealer told us we could pick up the car early afternoon on Friday June 30th. This did not happen, we got the car back after 5PM so we could not complete our cloand final inspection until Wednesday July 5th since we were closed for the holiday
