Schwarz Masonry Inc

Schwarz Masonry seemed fine when we first contacted them. They came for a free estimate looked all around the house for places that needed to be repointed. Agreed on all the work that needed to be done and we found that the quote for the work was fair.

They arrived on time when they were supposed to and we thought perfect, they will be great. HOWEVER, when we returned home and inspected the work, they had completely missed a portion of the agreed work. The places that work was done, was completed fine, however they left a fair bit of a mess on our brick that we needed to clean up.

As agreed upon we had paid them in cash (which apparently was our stupid mistake) and they said they would be back first thing the next morning to complete the unfinished work. NOPE! They have yet to return (3 weeks later) and every time I try to contact them I am sent right to voice mail..... of which none are ever returned!

Don't waste your time and your money. We put faith in these seemingly nice people that they would come and do what they said they would do, for the money we agreed upon. They have yet to follow through!! Or return a phone call!!!
