My name is [redacted]. I was a victim at a nightclub named [redacted] in NYC. As I was leaving the entrance of the club, I was pepper sprayed for doing nothing at all by a bouncer. My vision became blurred and I walked into a pole, where my skull was cracked open. After being hospitalized I then sought a lawyer and came across an ad with this company's name. We received our settlement on December 9th 2013 of 75000 without my consent or signature for the release form. I kept waiting and grew suspicious and called the insurance company. [redacted] Specialty Insurance Company told me that they sent the check at the date above. I called my lawyer right away and sure enough it was true. I scheduled a meeting and discussed how I would collect my money and was told he would have it by the following week and would sign a form in which stated I received and would not pursue in suing. The following week came and no money. It has now been 2 months and still nothing.
