Drywall patching was not completed following warranty work to fix leaking water pipe.Schwartz Plumbing completed installation of a walk-in shower at our home last year, invoice date 07/23/2014. Warranty period was 1 year. In late December a leak from water piping was discovered under the house. [redacted], from Schwartz, came out on December 23 and determined that the leak was coming from a water pipe behind the shower that had been improperly soldered during the shower installation. He fixed pipe leak and we've had no trouble with it since then; he had to cut out a rectangle in the sheetrock to get to the pipe. [redacted] indicated that we would need to call Schwartz to set up an appointment for the sheetrock subcontractor to come out and patch the hole. We've called Schwartz twice since Christmas to schedule an appointment; they have not yet scheduled a time for the drywall to be patched.Desired SettlementPatch the drywall.
