The plumber filled out an invoice stating his opinion that the appliance should be replaced. I signed it. The plumber then called the home warranty company and told them that there was nothing wrong with my appliance. My claim was denied.

Whether Schwartz's lied to me or lied to the warranty company, the fact of the matter is, they lied. I have the paperwork to prove it. They cashed my check just fine, however. This business is shady.
