Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] Brothers Landscape Solutions has been dishonest in their reportings of what occurred and our interactionsWhen the issue of my chipped brick arose I communicated with [redacted] about it and he explained it as not occurring from his yard crewSince ivy was covering my brick and I was not 100% sure that it was not chipped prior to his yard crew trimming the ivy I let that issue be done withHowever, this company did not offer to repair the brick after discussionAfter [redacted] stated that he did not believe his yard crew chipped the brick there was no further communication with him on this issue.On the issue of my back yard not being cut fully no one from this business stopped by personally to assess while I was present to discuss what was doneAlso, [redacted] Brothers Landscape Solutions never offered to cut the lawn any differently going forwardI chose a different yard crew due to the fact that no resolution was found for either issue that I had brought to [redacted] 's attentionIt was as if my concerns were dismissedIt was mentioned that a smaller mower was used in the back yard however if the grass is still standing as if it has not been mowed it is the responsibility of the yard crew to assess and cut the grass to make it look neat and as if it was cut.Regarding the referral that a church member gave of this business, I stated that my friend said this company cut the yards in their subdivisionI am not sure what [redacted] Brothers Landscape Solutions meant by "We were accused of not notifying this customer of the chipped brick in order to cash a payment check, we were accused of not checking the yard after the complaint" It sounds like this business is implying that an accusation was made in order to not get paid, but I live my life with honesty and integrityIt is very unfortunate that this business would be dishonest in their reportings to save face for their company Sincerely, [redacted]

In response to the first complaint we did offer to repair the brick but did not see how we could have chipped it.  The brick in question was not of the type that could be chipped, moreover it was crumbling from being covered by overgrowth and water for what appears to be a very long time....

 We take property damage seriously and always take care of customers when and if an accident occurs.   The next complaint was regarding lawn mowing.  After the second complaint about the lawn being not mowed at the same length front and back we stopped by in person to as the situation.  We advised the customer that the lawn was indeed mowed front and back however we used a smaller mower in the back yard which is very normal.  We offered to mow the lawn lower going forward to try and ensure the front matched the back lawn.  We were met at each turn by this customer with skepticism regarding honesty and integrity even with her knowledge that she was referred by a very happy customer.  We were accused of not notifying this customer of the chipped brick in order to cash a payment check, we were accused of not checking the yard after the complaint.  The customer then cancelled service.   We feel we did all we could for this customer and that the parting of ways was mutual. We have two service call technicians for this very reason to check on our work as well as address/view customer concerns.
