Schwan's Sales Enterprises Inc

We are scheduled for delivery service once a month. Last month we canceled the delivery because we were out of town on vacation. Today he pulled up in front of our house, never got out of his vehicle and left. We called to complain and got the run around. A corporation the size of Schwan's Home Delivery said they had no way to get in touch with there driver to have him return to our house so after 12 years of their services we have canceled our account. Please think about them if your using them. They are expensive and very poor customer service.

I have placed an order for delivery and they gave me a conformation email with my delivery date now the delivery should becoming today now they say not till the 11 even though I have an email that says Aug.4 This is the second time I have ordered and the second time they have done this.
