Schwans Company

Review: I have been a Schwan's customer since 2012. I have had non-stop problems since I joined. My driver shows up at the wrong times and recently nobody shows up at all. I have called customer service over 10 times, and every time the person on the other end gives me some generic answer and tells me that someone will return my call. I never get that return phone call. This has happened over 10 times, and I still have no answer. I have posted on their facebook wall in hopes of getting some sort of answer. All I get is again some generic answer from some anonymous person. There seems to be no consequence for poor service.Desired Settlement: I am unsure as to what settlement I am able to receive.
