I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Review: We want to close our account with this company, and we sent our letter with our signatures on it to require to close this account on 20th Decemble 2014, also we attached a check with the money we owe them. The funny thing is that they cashed our check on 23th December 2014,but ignored our written request.So I called them January 25 2015 to repeat our request again, a women in the company said that she will close the account within 24 hours , we wait untill today, nothing happen. I called them again, look like there is no any note, no any action they would like to take.The diffrent person in this company gave me different answers for that situation. One person who took my call today said that he need to send me a check with $0.16 to me (they owe me) which needs 5 to 7 business days, after I cashed that amount money, he can finally close this account for me.My question is that, I sent a written letter a month ago, nobody tell me what to do until I called them, and I confused with what I should to do to close this account because they give me different instructions. I still not sure if this time he said is correct, should I trust them?Desired Settlement: I want to close this account as soon as possible
