Review: I purchased a Tri-Test Detector System for $29.99 plus tx and shipping. It stopped working shortly after I received it. When my area representative came in-Al Fox-I told him and he said he could not help me and that I was SOL so to speak. I called for a refund and they said it should have been handled by my rep and I told her what he said and she said she was too busy and would call me the very next day and would get it taken care of. That was about a month ago and still no call. I have left messages since and no return call. Such a little matter handled so poorly. Thank youDesired Settlement: The product cost was $29.99. Total sales tax for the order was $4.46 and shipping of $6.24. Refund requested here of $40.69.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have not received the postage return that they said they were sending me. They did however send me another product which I did not order with a threat to turn me in to collections for non payment. What they say they will do and what they do are not even close to the same thing. I am sorry but this is being handled so badly on their part for such a small purchase.
