Review: I received an email last night from Schutz stating "Your order #[redacted] was cancelled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order."

I want to emphasize that this is NOT a way to handle business. I was given false information and lied to by Schutz customer service agents/online sales department regarding my order #[redacted] which was placed, paid for and confirmed on 5/**/15. I've waited 2 weeks for this order and contacted Schutz numerous times but the lack of communication and zero customer service obviously speaks for itself.

Last Friday, I was guaranteed these shoes would be shipped via next day delivery from Schutz's warehouse sometime this week due to the delay and miscommunication. This is completely unacceptable, I expect someone (preferably a manager) to have the decency to pick up the phone and call me.Desired Settlement: I expect Schutz to find a way to fulfill my order ASAP
