We finally have an appointment to meet with customer on Saturday, November to review their concerns We called immediately upon receiving Revdex.com notification.In response to our voice mail, the customer sent a letter to our office Upon receipt of the letter, we again tried several times to reach the customer Today, the customer was able to speak with us That is the only reason for our delay in response
