Not a happy customer! Went in wanting the Goodyear Fortera tires that were on the Jeep Grand Cherokee we have, their employee talked us into the Cooper Discover SRX as they are suppose to be as good if not better We have notified them multiple times of road noise, horrible vibration, lugnuts constantly loosening, etc They did all the tire rotations and re-torqueing on the tires The owner did replace lugnuts and studs as broke off and the other nearly fell out on my recent trip to my family Had I not stopped, I would have lost the tire, and he tells the customer to contact the manufacturer of the tires, not him Awful customer service, in my opinion!! I would never have a customer deal directly with the manufacturer, that is their job as a businessThis tire is suppose to be a 70k mile tire, there are not 25k miles on them and they would not do anything about them WE will never go back nor put another Cooper tire on a vehicle
