Customer Service will contact this person concerning their claim

EBay and individuals that that resell our products on that site are not authorized retailers of Schumacher Electric products.? As our warranty clearly states, Schumacher Electric does not warranty products resold by unauthorized retailers.? ?

We were having technical issues with the application related to this charger.? After receiving this complaint, we worked to correct the issue.? The application is now working and so it should also be working for the individual who? made this complaint.? Our customer service? department attempted to contact the individual to? confirm that application? is? now working? to his satisfaction.? If the individual? continues to have issues, he can contact our? customer service department to return or exchange the charger.? ?

A new charger has been sent to Mr [redacted] ? We strive to provide excellent customer service? If a customer has a complaint about the performance of one of our units, it is our standard protocol to have the unit returned to us for inspection by our engineers? This practice is to ensure the safety and quality of our products and to determine if providing a replacement unit to a customer is warranted? The steps in this process do take time to complete, including intake of customer service complaints, arrangement for product shipment back to us, inspection and review by engineers, determination of resolution, and return shipment to customer? It is our goal to have this process be as efficient and timely as possible? In the present instance, we believe it is reasonable that the issue was resolved within days? Please contact us with any further concerns? ?

Schumacher has tested the application and believes it is functioning appropriately.? However, given that the application does not seem to be working in the manner the claimant expects, we will contact him again to have the charger replaced or refunded.?
