The customer ordered parts and services to be installed and rendered on his vehicle above the original estimate These were all reviewed with the customer in detail and documented appropriately along the way Texts from the customer were just some of the documentation that confirmed the orders to be carried out as per his directive Multiple issues were uncovered as we proceeded with our work, and we addressed all of these with the customer and received his approval and informed consent before proceeding Some of these issues could have resulted in serious safety issues and were not addressed by a previous shop that had done the prior work The customer had expressed sincere thanks and appreciation for work well done when he picked up the car, but the sentiments changed when he did not want to pay his bill We allowed the customer to pick up the car and take it home, outside of our policy, as he said he did not have a check with him and would return with payment Issues that remain with the car are not a result of work that we did as directed The customer has refused to pay and was noted as being hostile and threatening to our staff We have asked that he discontinue this behavior and please pay for the services rendered and parts installed We have asked that he contact us, the owners for questions or concerns, but he has not contacted us in any fashion in an attempt to communicate with usWe provided a complete invoice of all the services rendered, and we even showed him in great detail that we provided many free hours of service, valued at thousands of dollars, so as to provide him with the best product possible
