We arrived at ProMedica lab in Rossford by 8:(opening time)No worker was seen until 8:05, when they put the siclip board outThe first person was called in at 8:Fasting labs are not easy for anyone, let alone an 85yr old on many medications that should be taken with foodWhen ANY business has an opening time, that's when it should BE READY to take in clientsIt's not the time for workers to arrive and get "prepped" for the day
ProMedica customer service staff were completely rude to me. I made a phone call about a bill that I have been having issues with, since it was billed 2 years after the date of service. Upon calling they pretty much called me a liar, talked over me, and didnt listen to anything I had to say. I am beyond dissatisfied with the service that I received not only from one employee but then was connected to the supervisor who was treated me worse than the first representative I spoke with.
