spent to travel to his residence, time to assess the problem, time to pick up materials, and time to perform the work. Not to mention the cost to employ that labor or the fact we must profit and warranty the work. He has not given us that opportunity.Customer hired us to stop two leaks. One over the garage and one over the kitchen. The kitchen leak was stopped and he has not made mention of it to us or you in his correspondence. The second leak was due to a wall. The wall part was addressed as well. After a heavy rain he called and stated he still had a leak. Our roofing specialist went to his house and found another leak in the shingle area past the wall. This was an additional third leak and was not included in the repairs of the other two. We quoted a price to fix and he declined. Now we receive this complaint.Understand we did not install this roof but we are troubleshooting an old roof. We cannot continue to fix additional leaks at no charge.
