Phoned company at 9:am on Wednesday, August 19, to get an appointment to repair a dryer Receptionist told me that a technician would be calling me shortly At around 11:am rec'd a call (was unable to obtain workers name, very muffled) and was told that there was nothing available, but to call at a later time, maybe someone would cancel Called their office again on Thursday morning (8-20-15) am (recording states that their office opens at am) but no one was there to take my call Called again at around 9:am and a female answered the phone Again I was told that a technician would call me regarding an appointment At 1:pm since no one contacted me yet, I called the office and a male answered He stated that technicians are on calls and someone would get back to me He did not bother to take my name, phone number or any contact info to make sure that this potential customer would be taken care of No need to worry about that anymore
