I am writing in response to the complaint dated 5/20/regarding warrantee issues on our window productsWe maintain the manufacturing warrantee for this consumers windows, therefore it covers only the parts and not the laborTherefore, we are willing to cover the parts being shipped to the customer at no chargeWe can refer the customer to a person who can do repairs, but there will be a charge for this person to come to their homeWe do not cover the labor portion of the warranteeThis labor warrantee portion would be covered by their original dealer onlyIf they would like us to refer them to a service person, we can send their information to him, and he can call them, but there will be a charge for this serviceThank You

Complaint Information: We received your letter on 7/27/2015. In response I e-mailed the customer and forwarded our vinyl claim form to her. We will respond further to the customer when the claim form is returned, with more detailed information. I have also sent her our contact information, so she can contact us easier. Thank You

Review: I have tried to contact this company for weeks with no results. The phone line does not work at all. No operator, no extensions work. You cannot even leave a message because their inbox is full. Completely unprofessional and for a billion dollar corp I'd expect alot more. When you buy a product thats under warranty it would be helpful if the company was available!What's the point of being in business?!I was able to get ahold of someone once weeks ago and have never been able to reach ANYONE since then! Not even sales!!!!Desired Settlement: I want to be contacted, I was the issue solved and I don't ever want to have to call this company ever again.

and incorrect. There is zero way to actually get ahold of anyone

Review: My triple glazed Schuco Picture window's center glass cracked.I tried to contact Schuco and Better Living Home Improvement Co.to file a warranty claim but have had no success.In X-XX-XXXX I purchased 5 SCHUCO windows and in X-XX-XXXX I purchased 8 more SCHUCO windows from Better Living Home Improvement Co. 319 North Star Rd. Holmen Wi XXXXX-XXXX Phone XXX-XXX-XXXX. These windows have a Lifetime Limited Warranty. I have spent over $13,700.00 on these windows.

Schuco-USA did not receive any complaint from [redacted] Joseph [redacted] until this day. If the complaint is sent to [redacted]@schuco-usa.com in details (pictures, definition, warranty information, etc.) Schuco-USA will work on the claim.

Review: I have lifetime warranty. Four windows need fixing. Telephone correspondence didn't work

Each window needs replacement or adjustment. They told me they don't work in WNYDesired Settlement: Repair of the four windows affected.
