Thank you for bringing this issue to our attentionWe have investigated the incident and have found that Ms*** did not receive the level of service we believe she deserved
At AAA Insurance, we promise to provide our policy holders with genuine care and protection through the finest personal service and insurance solutions possibleWe do not feel that Ms*** received the finest service and as a result, we have reached out to the Ms*** on June 5th, to remedy the service she receivedThe agent, Michael, is no longer with the company as of May 12,
In addition, we will happily reinstate the policy, credit the $late fee and the $reinstatement fee back to Ms***’s account

The worst insurance everThey will not contact you, or give you any type of information on your claimIf you try to call or contact you, they will not return your call
I would not suggest this insurance company, I have called and called and called and my phone calls are never returnedMy claims rep BH*** is very unprofessional, she never returned my calls me to give updates and today I was told by the car rental that my rental will not be paid for after the 12th so I have no carI received a check in the mail for 3k less then what the damages are to my carThis has truly been a nightmare from hell
