This complaint is the first time I or my staff have ever been aware of an issue with this person.This person never made any complaint or request to myself or my staff, has she done that I would have gladly resolved the situationOver the past months we have tried over and over to contact the person
to handle this.She will not answer or return any phone calls, we've left multiple voicemails.The person never once contacted our office and said they would like a refund.If you can get them to contact us, we would have no problem handling this however, this was handled very POORLY on her end, No we are not mind readers!
