all I have to say is I was extremely impressed by Phil and his company and the way they handled a mistakethey were extremely professional and handle the problem quickly and did an extremely excellent job I would highly recommend this company
The person who filed this complaint, ***, is the tenant at this residence. Proper notice of the roof work scheduled was given to the owner of the property, the HOA, and to the tenant. I personally handed the notice to the lady that answered the door at the residence four
days prior to the commencement of work. We covered the items in the garage with plastic to protect from any dust or debris during the roof removal and any dew that may occur over night. The roof was left open overnight because there was no rain in the forecast. The chair was in a box and the electronics were covered with plastic. I have no idea of the condition of these items before the commencement of work and we have not been able to physically inspect these items. The satellite dish was improperly mounted on the roof surface which is not allowed by the HOA. We removed it as part of the reroofing project.I feel we gave sufficient notice and took reasonable care in covering the items prior to starting the work. We were able to make phone contact with *** on Thursday, January and we are currently in negotiations to make restitution to any damages he feels he has suffered.***, President

Review: They left the garage and the attic filled with our belongings exposed to the elements overnight and did not put a tarp on it. They did not give us notice that they were going to do that and numerous electronics and an brand new unopened chair in the box are all probably ruined. The next day they broke our satellite tv dish and did not tell us about it just told the HOA. I spoke to the supervisor who said that they "can't stop" when referring to why did they not give us time to get our items out of the garage.Desired Settlement: They replace the ruined chair and electronics probably around a $750 value and pay for a week worth of
Cable TV that I am paying for and getting nothing from it around $50.
