We met with the customer on 1/27/to discuss the complaint. We agreed on a plan of action to resolve the issues listed in the complaint, and are currently working on getting everything addressed

We just finished a kitchen and family room remodel. The job went very well and finished on schedule. The sub contractors were all very skilled and coordination from one project to the next went smoothly. Our plan was eagerly followed with very good advice on changes and information about daily and weekly progress. We had very little down time in the construction process. We found Chris S[redacted] and his superintendent Aaron to be helpful in answering questions and changes that always occur in a lengthy project. We are very happy with our finished two room remodel.
