Preordered masks in June and still not received. Runaround or no response when reaching out to customer service

Placed an order in July. Received an email saying it has shipped. No expected delivery date was given. Wrote post on *** and they responded that they sent me a pm. I responded to it and haven’t heard back from them. Not happy with this company

I placed an order for Crayola Schoolmasks around July 18th and have not received merchandise.
Still waiting an no word from the company.

Over a month later, still haven't received my order. Sent several emails with no response. I messaged them on Facebook, they responded asking for my order number. I gave it to them, and received no further response. I advise people to not order anything from this company.

I ordered a pack of masks from this vendor and they never sent me a confirmation email, they were pre order and they charged my card as soon as I placed the order. I only received an email with an "update" on them working on my masks. When I contacted them through email, FB and instagram, they ask me for my order number which I never received or my email so they can look up my order, but when I give it to them they don't reply. I can't ask for a refund any other way and they have ignored my messages. I will dispute the charge, but I don't know if it will get approved since they never sent me a receipt! and they aren't answering have have no other way to contact them to get a refund other than messaging or email.

Placed an order at the beginning of July and received an email stating I should expect delivery on 7/31. No update after 7/31 from the company. Reached out via Facebook, received a response asking for order information and then silence. Also, reached out to the contact us section of their website without response. I am beginning to think it is a fraudulent business
