I contacted [redacted] and spoke with her about her concern and issue with our company.  We have refunded [redacted] for the portraits she purchased and let her know we are reviewing our form but that we feel with the way our order form shows the Personalization   In regards to...

her complaint about our advertising being fraudulent, our order form does show a name and year as a sample of what the portrait would look like on the portraits that do include the name and year if purchased with add name to all or add name to wallets which is an option for our customers.   However, the verbiage under the “Personalization” portion on the order form , we only note ADD NAME and do not mention the year.   Our team is reviewing the order form now and will  revise to be more clear on the name and year and how it will appear or not appear on the portraits.   If we can provide more information to assist with this claim, please do not hesitate to call me at the number below.
