This customer originally purchased our first level in September of (see attached [redacted] GomezOP.pdf) He then paid for an extension many times without trying to login to his online school account (we have no record of him ever logging in) He then lapsed as an active student and paid $to reactivate Nowhere during this time did he ask for help logging in, nor did he express any kind of concern about the course We do have a refund policy that he did agree to before signing up That policy states that he can get a full refund within days Since he had never logged in to the course, we would have given him that refund within the same year of signing up Instead he kept wanting to continue his course and so he would pay for an extension Now, years later he wants a refund on his course If he didn't want his course why would he pay for extensions? We don't solicit those extensions Any of our students who do not finish their course in time are allowed to pay for an extension to get some extra time to finish They have to call us and ask for it though He called and asked us to extend his course times Then he asked to reactivate his account in March of (months ago) We would be happy to help him finish his course, but feel it is a little disingenuous to ask for the course so many times only to then turn around and ask for a full refund The receipt issue is of major concern to us When [redacted] initially signed up he got an automatic receipt sent to him At each extension he could have asked for a receipt and we would have been happy to send it to him Never has this issue been brought up to us In fact, [redacted] has never called and expressed a concern to us at all We have records of all student interactions

and paid $50 to reactivate. Nowhere during this time did he ask for help logging in, nor did he express any kind of concern about the course. We do have a refund policy that he did agree to before signing up. That policy states that he can get a full refund within 3 days. Since he had never logged in to the course, we would have given him that refund within the same year of signing up. Instead he kept wanting to continue his course and so he would pay for an extension. Now, 4 years later he wants a refund on his course. If he didn't want his course why would he pay for extensions? We don't solicit those extensions. Any of our students who do not finish their course in time are allowed to pay for an extension to get some extra time to finish. They have to call us and ask for it though. He called and asked us to extend his course 7 times. Then he asked to reactivate his account in March of 2016 (18 months ago). We would be happy to help him finish his course, but feel it is a little disingenuous to ask for the course so many times only to then turn around and ask for a full refund. The receipt issue is of major concern to us. When [redacted] initially signed up he got an automatic receipt sent to him. At each extension he could have asked for a receipt and we would have been happy to send it to him. Never has this issue been brought up to us. In fact, [redacted] has never called and expressed a concern to us at all. We have records of all student interactions.
