We've been experiencing home delivery issues for about the last year and a half. Lately we don't receive a newspaper at least once or twice a week. On the days we do get a paper, it's seldom delivered before 10:00 - 11:00a.m., even though their "delivery guarantee" is delivery by 6:30 am in weekdays, 7:30 a.m. on Saturdays and 8:00 a.m. on Sundays. By the time it gets here I seldom have time to read it. I guess I do get a lot of exercise walking the 300 feet to the mailbox several times a morning, looking for the paper! When you call their Customer Service number, they aren't even located anywhere close to Dayton! We've been connected to customer service reps in Texas, Georgia, and even outside the United States......way to go DDN....bolster our local unemployment numbers! Those CS reps will do nothing but extend your subscription one more day.....big deal....one more day I probably won't get a paper! Many times they've promised to kick the complaint up to the Regional Manager.......who has never bothered to do anything about the problem either.....or even bother to contact us to discuss the situation! All they want you to do is access their "electronic" version. Their electronic version requires internet bandwith that most of the rural areas of Ohio don't have reasonable access to, so that's not a viable option. What do we have to do to get the paper and "delivery service" we've already paid for? Calling their customer service is a total waste of time!

I receive the Sunday Values of Dayton Daily News even though I was never subscribed to this delivery.

I live in an apartment I rent. Every Sunday I receive the Sunday Values of Dayton Daily News even though I have never subscribed to this delivery. A former renter of the apartment might have subscribed to this delivery, I did not.

I called the Dayton Daily News delivery customer service number 4 times and asked for the delivery to stop. I was said that it would stop each time. I left notes on the door 2 times and requested that the Sunday Values should not be left on my door any more.

But I still receive the Sunday Values. The last time I called I told the customer service representative I will file a complaint to Revdex.com if I receive it again.

I am still receiving this delivery. Stop the delivery of the Sunday Values of Dayton Daily News immediately to my apartment!! Dayton daily News does not have the rigth to waste my time
