On /14/17, [redacted] purchased a queen size set which consists of a queen mattress and queen adjustable baseBefore the queen set was delivered she changed her order to a full size set which consists of a full size mattress and-matchmg-adjustable foundationShe-stated that the queen size set was too large for her room? At that point it was explained to her that the mattress and any foundation was not able to be returned.After the full size mattress and adjustable foundation was delivered and slept on, the original sales associate received a call from Ms [redacted] saying that the bed was too small and she wanted to switch to a queen sized bed and adjustaJle foundationThe customer was explained our return policy regarding mattress and foundationsThe policy is signed and on the back of both of her sales orders, and states:? This guarantee is for furniture only and excludes all mattress/foundation pu!chases, as well as all accessoriesIf? you purchase any in-stock furniture and you are unhappy for any reason, notify Schol¢t furniture within three business days of receiving your merchandise and Scholet Furniture will refund your money less a 30% re-stocking fee when you, the customer, return the merchandise in its original condition to our Central Distribution Facility at Ceperly Avenue, Oneonta New York"The terms of purchase from Serta state: ? "PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ADJUSTABLE FOUNDATION SALES ARE FINAL? ADJUSTABLE FOUNDATIONS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON."The sales associate called and spoke with our service coordinator to see if there was anything to be doneThe service coordinator stated the policy to the sales associate and explained that no bedding is returnable because it is not able to be sold after it is deliveredThe mattress that Ms [redacted] purchased does have a comfort guarantee though.? If she continues to find her mattress uncomfortable after the required day adjustment period and-·before the day limit she may contact her sales associate and take advantage of it to select a new mattress that is more in line with her? comfort needs.?
In regards to the complaint issued by [redacted] , the issue was resolved on 10/31/Our service center received confirmation from the product manufacturer that a warranty reselection was authorizedThe customer was informed that day and was offered full store creditThey accepted this and were directed to a sales professional in our Norwich locationThey placed an order at that location on '11/01/

I was lied to about the size of a full-size bed and I was not told that I could not exchange, I was told It could not be returned.

It is the size of the bed not the condition of the mattress so getting a new mattress would not solve the problem....I was told the full size was not as small as it turned out to be
