Building a home with Schoen Builders has been one of the worst experiences we've hadOur home has mold and structural issues throughout that were the result of the builder not constructing our house in a timely, consistent and knowledgeable mannerWe have been living in these conditions for over a year and Schoen Builders does not honor their warranty and has not fixed our houseThere is a complete lack of project management by *** and as a result things are done twice at the homeowner's expense (our house was MONTHS past deadline!) We were also charged erroneous charges we did not approveOnce we paid*** in full they never returned to finish the outstanding punch listWhen we moved in we had plumbing issues, leaks and hardwood flooring that cupped - and we were left to deal with all of it despite numerous emails to the builderThe way Schoen has handled our situation is to call us liars and ignore itThis "builder" is not trustworthy
