This situation was due to the pool subcontractors work? The pool contractor North County Pools, did agree to pay the neighbor, [redacted] for cleaning? However he did not follow thru on his offer? Our Construction managers has contacted NC Pools and a checked has been mailed today ? [redacted] called [redacted] today, she is appreciative and [redacted] will confirm that she has payment by the end of this week? We are regretful that we were not proactive in managing this subcontractor issue?
