Review: This company was hired to add an addition onto my existing house. Due to medical reasons a first floor bedroom and bath was needed. The construction proceeded without any complaint. However, as the construction work was completed, there were multiple items that were left unaddressed by the contractor, even after may requests were made and the contractor stated he would take care of said issues. Construction work was completed as of August 2013. To date, cosmetic issues such as trim finishing, staining, have not been addressed.Desired Settlement: After multiple requests to this contractor ( who lives across the street from my residence) it resulted in a more than heated face-to-face discussion a few weeks ago. The end result was that of the contractor leaving the premises and outstanding issues still not being addressed. To avoid any further face to face conflict, I would like the contractor informed of said complaint in hopes that he will stand good for items he promised to complete, before it would place the business status in jeopardy
