Schneider/Wendland Septic Solutions

Mr. has been contracted to perform a septic design. The contract was signed on 12/04/2019. The agreement stated that Mr. would receive half of the money after design complication, which we have already paid, and the second portion after LCRA (Lower Colorado River Authority). Mr. had indicated he would handle the application process, which it wasn't true, other mistakes were found on the design drawn by Mr. by LCRA. Because of such mistakes approval has not been issued by LCRA. Since 1/12/2020 LCRA has sent original plans back to Mr. for corrections needed, but not work has been done to correct needed adjustments. For several weeks now, several attempts have been made to reach Mr. to finish the project and all attempts were to no avail. We have removed the original application from LCRA. Mr. has denied to refund the money and now is seeking to finish the project to seek the rest of his money.
