The item that was on backorder was a basket that hung on the back of the cart that held the Insta Hot washing system. While this item isn't necessary for the operation of the unit I can understand the customer's frustration with the delay in getting this part shipped out for
her. We have just received our shipment of the baskets in from our overseas vendor and we have already started processing her backorder. I will make sure that her order is shipped either today or tomorrow.Cathy D***
