A few problems have recently surfaced on our home and I placed a call to Mr. Schneider looking for some assistance with contractors or possible supplier recourse. He returned my call within 10 minutes, remembered us, got some phone numbers for us and even tackled one of our more pressing issues at no cost to us. Our contact with him over the years has gone over and above the call of duty. High integrity and a builder that stands behind his product. Highly recommended.
