We are very sorry that Mr *** was dissatisfied with our serviceHowever, we were called out on 1-4-for a problem at a laundry mat that was NOT a scheduled service, our tech worked it in through other appointments to come by and see what the problem wasAs you can see on the invoice, they did
do a diagnosis and found a faulty high fire gas valve problemAlso found gas leak in gas flex with dryers &7, gas shut off frozen on dryer After talking to Mr***, he said he would purchase the materials and would install himselfOur company does not do free diagnosis/service callsOur service calls are $for the first hour, any materials or time spent on repairs are extraThey were there with Mr*** for 1hr 25minHe was only charged for the initial $service, no more
When we called Mr*** about payment on or around May 11th, he said our techs had not found the problemBut they did tell him the problems and at that time Mr*** said he would purchase the materials, so there was no more for our techs to doAt that time he asked us to send him another bill, we did so and still have not seen payment renderedThat was months ago, so our only action was to try and collect through a collection agency.
We try very hard to satisfy and help our customers in any way we canIf Mr*** needed help installing the materials her was purchasing for this fix, he was more then welcome to make an appointment

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Schneidecker is not being truthful with their responseThere was an associate, accompanying the technician that was examining the boiler, who meandered around and found two pinhole leaks in my dryers gas linesI said I would buy the hoses and valves for that repairThe main issue, the reason, Schneidecker was called, was the boilerThe technician left without telling me what was wrong with the boilerThere was nothing wrong with the high limit gas valve.It was workingI had to call another technician from Hamilton January 4th, to solve the problemThe next technician discovered it was the boiler operatorNot SchneideckerI'm simply asking them to honor what they said they would doI needed the boiler working asapWhen they left I had no choice but to call someone else.
They are correct in saying I'm dissapointed, dissatisfied and also bewilderedWhen I told the secretary about the situation, instead of checking with the technician and getting back with me, like she said, I was immediately turned over to collections.
I would like to resolve this, I would like move on.
