Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I’m perplexed by [redacted] response.I agree with ”As a standard international practice embraced by most international art galleries, Schneible Fine Arts LLC is not responsible for any foreign countries receipt/user fees, taxes, custom duties, etcthat our clients may have to pay in their respective countries.” Sounds like a solid business practice.But that has nothing to do with what happened to me.The wrong item was sent to me.I paid the first C.O.Dpayment when it arrived, opened it to discover that it was not the item I had bought.I told [redacted] of this, and after some confusion, the correct item was found.I sent the item back and was reimbursed for that costWhich makes sense.But I don’t believe that I’m responsible for paying a second C.O.Dpayment when the correct item finally arrived.That should have been picked up by Schneible Fine Arts to correct the mistake that they had made in the first place by sending the incorrect item.That is what this is all about.I am owed the cost of the second C.O.Dpayment as quoted in my original complaint.It’s that simple- *** [redacted]
