ZERO ZERO ZERO FREAKING STARS! I want my money back! I’ve contacted and contacted and NO response! I was sold a puppy not too long ago, and on February 17, 2024 my puppy was rushed to the vet. She collapsed and was declared unresponsive at 5:37pm. She had a bad heart and wasn’t expected to live that long due to the conditions she came from you guys. I am very very upset, I spent a lot of money on what I thought was a healthy purebred puppy which she was not by the way, I would like to talk to pat. I want my money back or I am definitely planning on suing!

ZERO stars! I got a puppy from this breeder on June 13th. The puppy was covered in mud and had to ask the owner to give the dog a bath so I could see what the dog looked like. The owner said she had no fleas, but she was covered and I had to give her another bath at home. The conditions are deplorable. The dogs were outside in 100+ degree heat and the little bit of water they had was full of mud and feces. The owner, Pat Garrison, is supposed to be an AKC breeder but couldn't find any paperwork. She should not be able to breed animals if she treats them this way. DO NOT SUPPORT this business.

Owner refused to pay cost of medical treatment of puppy after originally agreeing to.[redacted] the owner of Schnauzer Lane Kennels, Aberdeen, NC refused to cover cost for a new puppy that needed treatment for hernia, ear mites and an absent testicle. We purchased the puppy on 1/30/15 and took the puppy to the vet the next morning. The vet examined the puppy and determined he had ear mites, a hernia and Cryptorchidism (absent testicle). We contacted [redacted] and she agreed to pay the medical cost for the puppy. We received the estimate for the procedure on 2/4/2105 and contacted Mrs.[redacted] with the amount. After originally agreeing to cover the cost Mrs.[redacted] is now refusing to pay anything towards the cost of the procedure. Bought puppy in dec 2014, still have not received akc registration papers that owner sold puppy with promise of this registration. Paid $700.00 dollars for akc registered [redacted]. Many excuses have been given by ms [redacted] as to why we have not received the apprropriate papers. If puppy is not registeredi will we should get a partial refund of money. We have a receipt from ms [redacted]. It is her responsibility to provide the requested akc papers. I do not feel like I should have to contact party that ms. [redacted] said was owner. Ms [redacted] was paid $700.00 for the puppy. I will contact a lawyer if needed. Ms [redacted] is just giving us a run around.
