Good day, We would like to make Mr [redacted] happy with the repairs he received at our service center in Altoona Wi. I had spoken with him a couple days after the repairs and heard his complaints. I offered to take care of any problems but he assured me he did not want to make another trip from...

River Falls back to Altoona with his camper. I would be happy to reimburse Mr. [redacted] for his requested reimbursement amount in the amount of $417.24. There are no adjustments on travel trailer axles, hydraulic correction (bending) is how they are straightened to get the contact patch of the tire to meet the surface of the road. All travel trailers and boat trailers require these adjustments with age and travel on rough roads. He came to our shop to have his tire wear issues addressed. I'm quite sure he should not have any problems with the repairs received.
